- ASVD at 14.4kbits/s (i.e. V.61) may be cheaper than DSVD, but all the ASVD
- proposals I've seen at 28.8kbits/s look like they're essentially as
- complex as DSVD (and it's an open question when there will be a standard
- for ASVD at 28.8kbits/s or even if there will ever be such a standard).
